Dr. Pradip K. Shukla has spent more than four decades helping students, entrepreneurs and organizations turn ideas into practical results. An associate professor at Chapman University’s George L. Argyros College of Business and Economics, he serves as the inaugural Shah Family Endowed Chair in Innovativeness, a position created to bring high-tech thinking and creative problem-solving into industries that are often considered traditional or low-tech.

Shukla joined Chapman University in 1985 and has since held several academic and leadership roles across the institution. He previously served as director of the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics and as Chapman’s vice chancellor for entrepreneurship, where his work focused on expanding entrepreneurial thinking and opportunities across the university.
