asanHub Child Safety & Age-Appropriate Experience Policy

asanHub is a community and professional networking platform designed to support collaboration, learning, and engagement within the South Asian entrepreneurial and professional ecosystem. User safety, especially for minors, is a core priority.

1. Age Eligibility

asanHub is intended for users 13 years of age and older.

  • Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts.
  • Users aged 13-17 may access the platform but are subject to enhanced safety protections.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

2. Content Standards

asanHub strictly prohibits content that is unsafe, exploitative, or inappropriate for minors, including but not limited to:

  • Sexual or pornographic content
  • Sexualization of minors
  • Graphic violence or abuse
  • Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
  • Promotion of illegal or harmful activities

All user-generated content must comply with these standards.

3. User Interaction & Messaging Safety

asanHub includes community interaction features such as posts, comments, and direct messaging. To protect users, especially minors:

  • In-app reporting tools are available on all user-generated content and messages
  • Users may block or mute other users at any time
  • Moderation systems review reported content promptly
  • Accounts engaging in harmful behavior may be suspended or permanently removed

Private messaging between users is not monitored.

 

4. Moderation & Enforcement

asanHub uses a combination of:

  • Automated content detection
  • Human review of flagged content
  • Community reporting mechanisms

Violations of safety policies may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination

Severe violations involving minors are escalated immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

asanHub collects only the data necessary to operate the platform, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

For minors:

  • Data collection is limited to essential account functionality
  • No targeted advertising is served to users under 18
  • Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes
