Chandra Dhandapani wins Tech Titans’ 2025 Corporate CEO Award

Chandra Dhandapani, the Indian American chief executive officer of Magnit Global-a leading innovator in contingent workforce management-has been named the recipient of the 2025 Corporate CEO Award by Dallas-based Tech Titans, the largest technology trade association in North Texas.

Dhandapani, appointed CEO in 2024, has led Magnit Global’s expansion through the launch of two transformative solutions: the Redeployment Marketplace, which accelerates and streamlines the matching of pre‑vetted contract workers, and Maggi, a new generative‑AI tool that automates contingent workforce processes while delivering data‑driven insights.

Her leadership extends beyond operational innovation. Tech Titans Executive Director Paul Bendel praised her as “a strong, respected leader… a catalyst for positive change in both the technology industry and the broader community,” noting her commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and mentorship.

Dhandapani’s career spans nearly 30 years. Prior to leading Magnit Global, she served as CEO of Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE for eight years and spent nearly two decades at Capital One, rising to senior vice president and chief information officer in the Financial Services division. She serves on the board of Northern Trust, and has previously held directorships at Turner & Townsend, Exeter Finance, and OnDeck.

Tech Titans will formally recognize her at the 2025 Tech Titans Gala on September 12.
